Ingredients

Dressing:
1/4
cup
parsley
finely chopped

tablespoons
olive oil
2
tablespoons
apple cider vinegar
1/4
teaspoons
black pepper
Salad:
1
orange pepper
sliced into strips
1
mango
sliced into strips
2
cups
kale
chopped
1
cup
cabbage
chopped
Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and black pepper, set aside.
In a large bowl, mix together chopped kale and cabbage. Add dressing and massage with hands until thoroughly mixed
Add sliced peppers, mango and parsley and mix well.
