Spicy Garam Masala Brussels Sprouts

  • 1.5 lb Brussels sprouts
  • 1 Tbsp garam masala
  • ½ tsp red chili powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil


  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut off bottoms of Brussels sprouts and cut in half lengthwise. Add to a large bowl.
  • In a small bowl, mix together garam masala, red chili powder, salt, lemon juice, and olive oil.
  • Pour spice mixture over Brussels sprouts and mix well with hands. Spread onto a greased baking sheet with cut side of the Brussels sprouts facing down.
  • Bake for 40 min, until Brussels sprouts have browned.
