Gourmet Stuffed Dates
Makes 30 dates
35% whipping cream
In a medium sized bowl, use a hand blender to mix whipping cream until soft peaks form.
Add in the mascarpone cheese and maple syrup. Mix with hand blender until smooth and stiff peaks form.
Fill cream mixture into a piping bag fitted with the 1M piping tip. Alternatively, you can use a sandwich bag and cut the corner.
Pipe cream mixture into the centre of each date. Top with crushed pistachios or drizzle with melted chocolate.
