I have had a fantastic experience last Ramadan using the recipes from the healthy Ramadan guide! You don’t have to compromise on your taste, and still, you get to choose from so many healthy options! I absolutely loved it, and I have been using the guide even after Ramadan! 🙂

The Healthy Ramadan Guide has been so helpful for me to figure out healthy but delicious meals to eat during Ramadan. I love how it incorporates South Asian flavors that are so familiar for my family and I. The meals leave you feeling both energized and satisfied.

I love the way these recipes are put together. They have a little bit of everything to keep on top of our palates. The recipes are easy to follow and food always turns out amazing. It made Cooking for my family during Ramadhan super easy, they also include shopping lists and meal plans! Thank you to Nazima and Bilal for this amazing convenience!!


High Energy in Ramadan

I noticed a big difference in my energy levels through out the day and my mood while following this guide in Ramadan.
I am a mom to a toddler, an online student and I struggle with PCOS so I need every bit of energy I can get while fasting.
The guide prepares you well with complete groceries lists and the recipes were simple to follow.
If you are looking to feel your best and get the most out of Ramadan this is an excellent guide.
