Her philosophy is to live a healthy lifestyle that includes enjoying all foods as well as enjoying being physically active. Instead of focusing on restricting ourselves, she teaches clients which foods they should be adding to improve their lives. Nazima has helped many people make real change in their lives, such as weight loss, improving their health, and improving their relationship with food.
While Belal serves clients internationally he also hosts community events, including events for youth and his annual Healthy Ramadan Tour. Belal’s goal is to help build a relationship with fitness, to help you understand how to get stronger, alleviate pain, and how to make it easier to fit it into your busy schedule.
