I’m posting this in the hopes to reach my colleagues and followers that may still not be aware or have seen these stats and the reality. In a world of an abundance of information, it is still not too late to be educated. While each additional day of this genocide is one day too much, the least you can do is educate yourself.
I’m posting this to remind those that are aching and feel hopeless that this is the time to put our full trust in Allah and increase our prayers and acts of worship.

I was making a BIG mistake - I was making everyone the same breakfast and then getting frustrated when certain kids don’t finish their food. Turns out not everyone likes oatmeal every morning LOL 🤦🏻♀️. So I asked each family member (except the baby) what they would prefer for breakfast, and I’ve been setting aside 20 mins in the morning to prep all our breakfasts. I do it before anyone wakes up so it’s nice and quiet without feeling rushed. The results have been amazing - everyone is finishing their breakfast MashaAllah!

here is what you need to make this DELISH recipe:
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 cup vanilla protein powder
3 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup hemp seeds
1 cup peanuts
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup ground flaxseed
1/2 cup chocolate chips
